GAO sustains protests over DISA's ENCORE III solicitation

The Government Accountability Office on Wednesday sustained protests filed by two major services contractors over the Defense Information Systems Agency's ENCORE III solicitation. GAO is recommending DISA amend the solicitation, according to a statement issued by Kenneth Patton, managing associate general counsel for procurement law at GAO.
