Kendall: Air Force examining appropriate mix of fighter aircraft

The Air Force is examining the appropriate mix of fighter aircraft to inform the F-16 radar modernization plan in preparation for the fiscal year 2018 budget request submission, according to a recent report signed by Pentagon acquisition chief Frank Kendall.
