Navy finalizing new cyber safety instructions

The Navy's new Cybersecurity Safety, or CYBERSAFE, instructions are nearly finalized, as the service has been operating under interim guidance since the framework was rolled out last fall, according to the service. The CYBERSAFE instructions are written and "in the final stages of the formal staffing processes," Capt. (Sel.) Albert Angel, the Navy's cybersecurity safety director, wrote in an Oct. 20 statement to Inside the Navy.
