Palantir files lawsuit alleging 'irrational' DCGS-A procurement strategy

Silicon Valley-based Palantir Technologies has filed suit against the Army in the Court of Federal Claims over the Distributed Common Ground System-Army, rebuking the service's "recurring cycle of irrational procurement decisions." The complaint, filed June 30 , "asks the Court to set aside as unlawful a procurement solicitation issued by the United States Army."
