Air Force draft RFP for EELV launch mission services

On Aug. 19, 2016, the Air Force issued a draft request for proposals for Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle services, which lays out the plan to compete the launch between SpaceX and incumbent provider United Launch Alliance.
