Air Force Report To Congress On C-130 Recap

The September 2015 report to Congress states that the Air Force is considering options to repurpose five C-130H aircraft and the associated training simulators upgraded under the now-canceled Avionics Modernization Program and plans to decide their fate in the fiscal year 2017 time frame.
