DOD IG memo on audit of PACOM's designated defense articles monitoring

In an Aug. 18, 2016, memo, the Defense Department inspector general's office announces it will conduct an audit "to determine whether U.S. Pacific Command is conducting its Enhanced End-Use Monitoring Program to ensure that defense articles transfened by the U.S. Government to foreign recipients are used in accordance with the transfer agreement terms and conditions."
