DOD IG report on C-130 aircraft spare parts pricing

The Nov. 16, 2015, Defense Department inspector general's office report finds that Defense Logistics Agency "Aviation contracting officers did not perform adequate proposal analysis to determine fair and reasonable prices for supply-support services and selected spare parts."
