Draft SURTASS LFA environmental impact statement

In an Aug. 26, 2016, Federal Register notice, the Navy announced the availability of the draft "Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement/Supplemental Overseas Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS/SOEIS) for Employment of Surveillance Towed Array Sensor System Low Frequency Active (SURTASS LFA) Sonar."
