Executive summary of DOD IG report on the Army's equipping and training Iraq and Afghan security forces

On Sept. 14, 2016, the Defense Department inspector general released an executive summary of a report that found the Army "did not implement effective controls to maintain visibility and accountability of Iraq Train and Equip Fund equipment."
