MDA J&A notice on sensors engineering contract award

In a July 27, 2016, justification and approval memo, the Missile Defense Agency announced it planned to award a sole-source contract to CSC Government Solutions for "assistance to develop, implement, maintain and assess sensor technical, developmental and engineering processes, procedures, plans and policies to support and sustain the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) throughout the acquisition life cycle."
