to revamp the way the Air Force acquires cyber capabilities -- and to ensure
the end product is delivered far more promptly than in a traditional
acquisition program -- the service recently launched a pilot program that will
bring all of the parties involved in cyber acquisition together in a single
location and give them the latitude to pursue the rapid development and
procurement of cyber technology.
