GAO Report On Estimated Weapon System O&S Costs
The Feb. 2, 2012, Government Acccountability Office study find that the Pentagon's reports to Congress on estimated weapon system operations and sustainment costs "are often inconsistent and sometimes unreliable, limiting visibility needed for effective oversight of these costs."
