Includes the opening statement of subcommittee Chairman Robert Wittman (R-VA) as well as the prepared testimony of DOD Deputy Chief Management Officer Elizabeth McGrath, Pentagon Comptroller Robert Hale, Navy Comptroller Gladys Commons, Army Comptroller Mary Sally Matiella and Air Force Comptroller Marilyn Thomas.
