Lockheed Could Break Ground On Space Fence Site In February

The Space Fence program office and the Army Corps of Engineers are finalizing a review of prime contractor Lockheed Martin's facility design plan with an eye on breaking ground at the site in Kwajalein Atoll in the February or March time frame.
