Military Seeks Jammer To Protect Dogs From Radio-Controlled Bombs

The Army is seeking a lightweight jamming system for military dogs to protect them from radio-controlled improvised explosive devices in Afghanistan. The service plans to purchase approximately 30 of the jammers, according to Todd Wendt, project manager for the Rapid Equipping Force.
