Proposed Defense Bill Cuts $140 Million From Warfighter Network Program

Lawmakers last week passed a defense bill that would cut millions in procurement dollars from the Warfighter Information Network-Tactical program, but give the Army its full research, development, test and evaluation request for Increments 2 and 3 of the system.
