The Pentagon's top brass have agreed to a set of performance attributes deemed essential to imbuing a commercial jumbo jet with military capability "critical" to commander-in-chief missions, a key step in Air Force plans to buy the lead aircraft for the Presidential Aircraft Replacement (PAR) program in fiscal year 2016, according to a service spokesman.
