Air Force To Reconsider $71M 3DELRR Award To Raytheon After Protests

The Air Force will reconsider its award to Raytheon for the Three-Dimensional Expeditionary Long-Range Radar program, after considering protests from competitors Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman.
