Lockheed's 3DELRR Motion To Intervene

On Jan. 29, 2015, Lockheed Martin filed a motion to intervene with the U.S. Federal Claims Court, stating the company should be involved in proceedings because the grounds of its protest are likely to be considered in the case and because the case may delay the Air Force's process for reconsidering the Three-Dimensional Expeditionary Long-Range Radar award.
