Engility, TASC Finalize Deal, Creating $2.5 Billion Services Contractor

Engility on Thursday made its acquisition of TASC final, creating a new services giant that company executives expect to produce $2.9 billion in revenue by 2019. With the completion of the $1.3 billion deal, Engility and TASC executives said they're now more free to discuss the details and the impetus behind the effort.
