Sen. McCain's Letter To DOD On UCLASS

On March 24, 2015, Senate Armed Services Committee Chairman John McCain (R-AZ) sent a letter to Defense Secretary Ashton Carter, stating the Navy has placed a disproportionate emphasis on unrefueled endurance to enable sustained unmanned intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance support to the carrier strike group.
