Admiral: Little Progress on Speicher Probe

Recent investigative efforts have not produced new evidence of what happened to Navy F/A-18 pilot Michael "Scott" Speicher after he was shot down in the 1991 Persian Gulf War, but the Pentagon has not changed its position that Speicher survived the crash and was captured, Chief of Naval Operations Adm.
