Air Force, Boeing agree to new KC-46 schedule, compensation package

The Air Force and Boeing have agreed on a new acquisition program baseline schedule for the KC-46 tanker that moves the start of initial operational test and evaluation from May 2016 to November 2017 and pushes a full-rate production decision back more than two years from June 2017 to August 2019.
