Air Force discussing AOC 10.2 progress with OSD as stop-work order remains

The Air Force's top uniformed acquisition officer said Monday the service has neither lifted its stop-work order on its new war planning system nor knows when progress might restart, as officials look at whether to stop the program altogether.
