Air Force Releases Results Of Two UAV Accident Reports

The Air Force announced today the results of two separate unmanned aerial vehicle accident investigations. An Accident Investigation Board checking into the April 18 crash of a Predator UAV during Operation Allied Force has determined "the accident resulted from a combination of mechanical and human factors," according to an Air Combat Command news release today.
