Air Force rephasing F-35A on-ramp at Eielson AFB to mitigate maintainer shortfall

The Air Force expects that "re-sequencing" its F-35 Joint Strike Fighter transition at Eielson Air Force Base, AK, and Burlington Air National Guard Base, VT, could relieve some strain on its maintainer training pipeline.
