Army, Air Force Name High And Low Industry Performers

The Army and Air Force have released a ranked list of contractors as part of a Defense Department-wide effort to recognize top-tier companies and hold poor performers accountable. The Navy, which served as the pilot for what is known as the Superior Supplier Incentive Program, released a similar list in June, identifying nine companies as top performers.
