Army Announces Intel Officer Moves

The Army this week announced a bevy of moves for top intelligence officers, including the promotion of a new commander of the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command. Brig. Gen. John Kimmons, in line for a second star, will take over INSCOM, located at Ft. Belvoir, VA, the Defense Department announced April 21. He will replace Maj. Gen.
