Army comprises $3.2 billion of $4.7 billion ERI request in FY-18

The Army's share of the European Reassurance Initiative, a fund created within the Overseas Contingency Operations account to calm NATO allies and deter Russia, totals nearly $3.2 billion in fiscal year 2018.
