Army continues Stryker upgrades with hopes of accelerated schedule

The Army is continuing with upgrades to the Stryker with hopes of moving at a quicker pace, according to the service's director of mounted requirements. Col. William Nuckols said during a Dec. 21 interview that the Army is aiming to field the Stryker with the Remote Weapon Station-Javelin in fiscal year 2022, although it could be accelerated to FY-20.
