Army Details $952 Million in Unfunded Requirements

The Army, like the other services, has delivered an unusually short unfunded requirements list to Congress for fiscal year 2010, detailing needs totaling less than $1 billion. The document, dated today and written by Army Chief of Staff Gen. George Casey, was sent to Rep. John McHugh (R-NY), ranking member of the House Armed Services Committee, and outlines just $952.8 million in outstanding Army needs.
