Army issues request for proposals for Mobile Protected Firepower

The Army has finalized its requirements for a new vehicle to bolster its infantry brigade combat teams, issuing a long-awaited request for proposals for the Mobile Protected Firepower program. The solicitation , released Nov. 21 on Federal Business Opportunities, describes the MPF platform as providing "a protected, long range, cyber resilient, precision, direct fire capability for early/forcible entry operations."
