Army Official: India Unlikely To Reach Javelin Decision This Year

The Army's lead for defense exports said India is unlikely to reach a decision this year on the United States' offer to co-develop the next generation of Javelin missiles, as U.S. military officials work to get the new government in New Delhi up to speed on the particulars of the deal.
