Army PACOM Commander Touts Service's Relevance Within Air-Sea Battle Concept

The Army's commanding general in the Pacific argued today that the Army has assets and capabilities critical to the Air-Sea Battle concept. Gen. Vincent Brooks told reporters at the Association of the United States Army's annual meeting that the Army has been "actively" involved in shaping the air-sea concept, which he said applies more to the environment and not the services.
