Army Picks Three Winners for Ground Soldier Ensemble Technology Phase

The Army has awarded three companies contracts worth approximately $12 million each for the Ground Soldier Ensemble program, setting up a technology-development stage in which the winners will compete for what could be billions of dollars in production deals.
