Army Planning Manned-Unmanned Teaming Combat Vehicle Demo

The Army plans to conduct a demonstration in October that will feature the teaming of manned and unmanned combat vehicles, according to service officials. Jim Parker, the associate director for ground vehicle robotics at the Tank-Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center, told Inside the Army in a Feb. 11 interview that the specifics have yet to be determined.
