Army Releases Final RFP For Missile Defense Target Effort

The Army on Wednesday released the final request for proposals for a family of missile defense targets intended to meet the varied needs of the Bush administration's ambitious missile defense program. Inside the Army reported last month that the Army's Space and Missile Defense Command originally intended to release the solicitation on its own last October.
