Army releases FMTV presolicitation

The Army last week released a presolicitation notice regarding a contract for upgrades to the family of medium tactical vehicles, although quantities and funding levels remain pending. Army spokesman Michael Clow said the service plans to release the FMTV A2 program request for proposals before the end of fiscal year 2016 and award the contract in FY-17.
