Army Seeks IED Tracking System for Afghanistan

Officials at the Army's Intelligence and Security Command are looking for industry help in setting up a Web-based reporting system for tracking improvised explosive device blasts in Afghanistan, according to a notice published on the Federal Business Opportunities Web site today.
