Army Tells Congress Of Sequestration's State-By-State Impacts

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL -- The Army has given Congress a state-by-state accounting of what $15.35 billion in sequestration cuts are expected to mean -- including the loss of more than 300,000 jobs. The chart, obtained by InsideDefense.com , was sent to Congress today. It shows that Texas would be hit the hardest, with a loss of $2.4 billion in economic activity as well as 34,700 jobs.
