Army updates draft RFP for Optionally Manned Fighting Vehicle

The Army has updated its draft request for proposals for the Optionally Manned Fighting Vehicle, deleting a provision that would have allowed a service organization to submit a proposal. The draft RFP for the preliminary digital design phase of the OMFV competition was posted publicly on July 17 so that industry could submit comments. The comment period ended Aug. 28.
