Army Upholds FMTV Award To Oshkosh, Lifts Stop-Work Order

The Army today lifted the stop-work order on the Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles award, allowing the contract to remain with Oshkosh following a review of the award. According to an announcement obtained by Inside the Army and sent to members of Congress, the Army says it "is not making a new award, only lifting the stop-work order after re-evaluation of the contract awarded on August 26, 2009, to Oshkosh Corporation."
