Army Working To Finish Humvee Survivability Upgrade Report

While the Army missed last month's deadline to send Congress a final report on its humvee survivability upgrade activities, a service spokesman said last week that the study was near final approval. Several industry teams have been eagerly anticipating the assessment for months in the hopes that positive results for their various survivability designs could lead to potentially lucrative contracts with the U.S. military or foreign nations.
