Army's newest Black Hawk fleet to get avionics architecture upgrades as part of a $157M contract

The Army's newest fleet of Black Hawk helicopters will be getting upgrades to its avionics architecture and flight controls as part of a contract awarded to KBR and Northrop Grumman. The upgrades include improvements to the avionics architecture, flight controls, fuel system, the electrical system, airframe, drive train and rotor system, KBR announced in a press release on Monday .
