B-2 RMP Decision Memo Postponed until Price Negotiations are Completed

The Office of the Secretary of Defense is waiting to approve the B-2 radar modernization program's start of low-rate initial production until program officials complete price negotiations with the bomber's contractor, according to OSD and Northrop Grumman officials.
