BAE Systems awarded $59.5 million contract for APKWS

The Pentagon awarded BAE Systems a $59.5 million contract for additional rocket guidance kits, the company announced Oct. 10. The new contract for the Advanced Precision Kill Weapon System (APWKS) is part of a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract worth up to $618 million awarded to BAE Oct. 7, 2016.
