Bipartisan House group wants lawmakers to close loopholes that permit outsourcing DOD production

A bipartisan group of 13 House lawmakers sent a letter today to the top two members of the House Appropriations defense subcommittee imploring them to close loopholes that allow naval ship components to come from foreign countries.
