Boeing wins $805 million Pentagon contract for MQ-25 Stingray

The Pentagon today awarded an $805 million contract to Boeing for the production of four MQ-25 Stingray engineering and manufacturing development models, according to Navy officials. The fixed-price-incentive-firm-target contract also has options -- not included in the $805 million valuation -- for three system demonstration test articles, valued at roughly $28 million each, Navy acquisition executive Hondo Geurts told reporters today.
