President Bush announced today he signed an executive order that freezes the assets of those connected with terrorist organizations, and that prohibits U.S. citizens and companies from doing business with these organizations. The order prohibits financial transactions with suspected terrorists and their groups -- and with nonprofit organizations and nongovernmental organizations with ties to terrorists.
